RESULTS COACHING

For managers and executives who are stressed and under immense pressure both internally and externally to perform; one-to-one results coaching is the first and most effective step.

Leadership Development through Results CoachingWhy would you hire a results coach?

Every action and word affects the mood and performance of the team.  People rely on leaders skills, judgements and decisions and expect them to continually "come up with the goods".

Top leaders consider coaching the single most important tool in achieving outstanding work and life results.  It makes the difference between performing and achieving.

Whilst working under pressure can improve performance; being stressed does not.

  • Coaching is highly cost and time effective – an essential factor for already time-poor executives.
  • Coaching is highly objective and confidential.
  • Coachees gain new clarity; energy; possibilities and satisfaction around the type of results they can expect and achieve both professionally and personally.
  • Executives take on coaches just like successful athletes do - there is nothing 'wrong' with their game, but there is always room for improvement.
  • People are inspired to achieve their best
  • Communication channels open up
  • Reduced conflict between staff / Increased staff retention
  • Better results delivered with less effort
  • Companies that have brought in a coaching culture report significantly reduced staff turnover, increased productivity, greater happiness and satisfaction at work.

According to a 1999 survey of 4,000 US organisations, the main benefits of coaching are:

  • Improved individual performance
  • Better bottom line results, profit and competitiveness
  • Development of people to the next level
  • Confidence raising and personal empowerment
  • Improved relationship between all staff / staff retention

In a recent US study of 100 executives receiving coaching, it was found that the coaching was worth up to 6 times its investment

Leadership Development through Results CoachingWhat is results coaching?

Our coaching style is unique from traditional coaching in that we offer a more challenging approach that incorporates NLP and other techniques.  What does this mean to you?  What we have found with our clients is that they would like some objective views, advice, direction, resources, tips and lessons on how they could improve as well as being guided on how to come up with these solutions themselves.  We find this approach highly effective and productive which is why we refer to it as results coaching – it gets the desired results!

Our results coaching offers:

  • Confidentiality, objectivity, motivation, unbiased, practical support and exceptionally high level business coaching skills;
  • An opportunity to move on from limitations and limiting beliefs;
  • Focus on solutions and not problems;
  • Tough, no-nonsense, no-bullsh** approach – not for the meek or weak! Ruthlessly results orientated.
Real change takes time, commitment and focus. Coaching is effective because it provides a step by step and systematic approach that produces real change.  The coach's job is to review and challenge styles of dealing with people and strategies for getting things done.

How is it structured?

  • A half-day (3-4hr) initial coaching session gets to the heart of the issues; followed by regular hourly or two-hourly; weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions
  • Coaching is conducted in a confidential location where the phones don’t ring.
  • Face-to-face or on the phone?  That depends on your preference and location.  We like to do at least the initial session in person with our corporate clients in London – and many in fact choose to continue this way for greater impact.
