as a guide to the type and style of training we provide. Our

Leadership Development
Intensive – 4 days. Leadership
is far more than something people do at work. Leadership is
all about personal responsibility; self-discovery; and creating value
in the world by the people we become.
Communication is the most important skill in life. We spend
most of our waking hours communicating, and to achieve the results
that we want, it is essential that we do this excellently.
- Improving
Communication at Work provides the tools necessary
for day to day communication: exploiting the power of proven communication
models, rapport and language to create a compelling and effective
structure of clear communications in an organization.
- Often technical people lack the presence to make a real impact
on customers and employees alike. The Impact
and Influence in Business course provides your people with the beliefs, confidence
and charisma that will enable them to influence and lead with certainty.
- We offer lively, practical training in Presentation
Skills that gives participants the ability to deliver dynamic
presentations that have impact and achieve results.
- Even when a great presentation is made, the case can be weakened
by poor reports and proposals. The Business
Writing Skills programme enables staff to construct well written and powerful
documents with true clarity and compelling content that truly achieve

have challenges and frustrations with the dynamics and intricacies
of running a team.

Management & Leadership course challenges managers
