People Management and Leadership
Management roles require a fresh approach because there are interpersonal
demands. Working with people and eliciting the most effective result
is a constant challenge as group dynamics change and roles develop.
The success of any management role can rest on the individual’s
ability to respond to the evolving situations as much as the belief
in their decisions and direction.
