Negotiation Skills
Whether it be part of a traditional sales process, or working
through an internal challenge where two parties have different
outcomes in mind – negotiation skills are an invaluable
asset. Even when deals or situations seem to be at a ‘stale-mate’,
skilled negotiators find a solution. And this does not
have to mean ‘meeting in the middle’ – there
are much more structured and useful ways to negotiate.
Workshop Aims:
The one day workshop is designed to increase the participant’s
awareness of the skills required to successfully negotiate in a
range of circumstances. Participants will become more confident,
assertive and motivated, effecting better working relationships
and obtaining more win-win deals.
The workshop will use a variety of interactive learning tools
including individual exercises, small group work and plenary discussion.

- Anyone in your organization with responsibility for sales
- Anyone involved in negotiating internally with colleagues or
externally with customers or suppliers
Tailored programmes and coaching
The core components of this workshop are delivered as a one day
introductory session. More advanced or follow-on sessions are also available
for participants learn; for example Sales Skills and/or Dealing with
Demanding Customers. For those people who really want to
hone their skills, or work on a particular scenario, one-to-one
coaching is available for extra assistance.
