LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INTENSIVE                                              

Leadership is far more than something people do at work.  Leadership is all about personal responsibility; self-discovery; and creating value in the world by the people we become. 

Our full leadership development training consists of 4 days that can either be conducted on or off-site in one block; or spread out over regular daily sessions.  Please see our other courses for shorter modules in specific areas of leadership. 

Managers & Executives have an ever-increasing pressure to get results from their teams.  Often, promoted through specific expertise, they know exactly how to get the job done, but may not have the leadership and communication skills to get the most out of their team. 

Through our trainings these skills are developed and strengthened to rise with greater ease to day-to-day leadership challenges.  In contrast to the years it took to get the field expertise, practical leadership skills can be picked up quickly and put into practice immediately. 

A massive amount of energy is lost in many organisations by people complaining about the lack of integrity & congruency in company leaders.  People respect those leaders who ‘walk their talk’, and who behave consistently with the philosophy they speak.  Many leaders are quietly nervous they’re a ‘fraud’; promoted beyond their capabilities.  Our training helps quash these fears; focus on results; and gain greater confidence & ability in leadership & communication skills.

  • Understand the importance of mindset on success in sales, communication, team management and leadership.
  • Understand the 3 elements that impact mindset.
  • Learn and experience the impact that physiology, focus & mood have on behaviour and thus on results; and how to use them to get desired results.
  • Understand and experience how communication works and how to communicate even more effectively.
  • Facilitating change works best when rapport within the group is at a high.  This session teaches how to strengthen rapport with others, to make communication, negotiation and influencing easier.  Rapport is also a core foundation to further skills taught.
  • Our beliefs impact our success.  Understand how beliefs are formed and how limiting ones can be changed and empowering ones adopted, to enhance success.
  • Use language patterns to influence others to be more accepting of your ideas.  Utilise language to get to a deeper level of understanding when communicating with others.  Negotiate with power and gain acceptance within minutes of putting over your ideas.  Learn powerful conversational change techniques to move someone to a more effective solution to their challenges.
  • Recommended approach to running meetings successfully.
  • Coaching tool to get into a peak mindset at any time, thus being able to cope with difficult situations more easily.
  • Understand and apply the keys to effective goal achievement.  Goal setting and achievement has been proven to positively impact success and satisfaction.
  • Discover the internal processes of the mind that are at the heart of all behaviour.  Learn how to elicit someone’s buying strategy just from the movement of their eyes so you can fine-tune your approach to maximise sales.  Learn how to elicit the motivation strategy of your staff, so that you can best align the needs of the business with their motivations. 
  • Improve your own results by designing and installing more effective strategies to create what you want more rapidly.
  • Conduct personality profiling in under 20 minutes, which gives great accuracy on a person’s motivation and behaviour drivers.
  • How to model excellence in others and install the model in yourself.  How to create a training programme to install models of excellence in others.

Develop a personal action plan to apply the core techniques over the next three months.
