Facilitation Skills

An understanding of effective facilitation skills enables you to gain many of the benefits of an external consultancy assignment - at a fraction of the cost.  Any action plans resulting from a facilitated meeting are far more likely to be implemented successfully, as the plan has been created by and for the people who know the most about the subject matter.

Workshop Aim:

This interactive and stimulating one day course provides participants with a solid grounding in basic facilitation skills.  Participants will get the chance to design and run their own facilitation session and will come away with a variety of tools and techniques that will help you to facilitate more effectively.
