Conflict Analysis and Resolution

Workshop Aim:

This one day course allows participants to understand the dynamics of conflict and to learn the skills and tools of great negotiators.  Attendees will be able to adapt the tools learned to familiar real life scenarios and identify ways to prevent issues from arising as well as deal with situations that threaten to disrupt the team or the business. These tools are drawn from a wide range of internationally recognised applications in the field of conflict prevention and resolution.
