Improving Communication at Work
Communication is more than people simply talking to each other.
The art of communication lies in developing the skills to not only
talk but also to listen and understand.
Listening to what is being said, and more importantly to what
is not being said (i.e. observing body language) gives us valuable
clues on how to structure our communication in each individual
or group conversation in order to reach better results.
Choosing the words we use and the ways in which we say them allows
us to express ourselves more clearly and concisely, giving us the
ability to communicate effortlessly in all situations.
