Impact and Influence in Business
Many of us advance in our career based on the technical skill
set demonstrated in our jobs. Oftentimes, training is provided
to improve on those skills without giving additional training on
how to conduct ourselves in our new positions.
Our range of influence changes as we move forward in our working
life and we need new and effective ways to impact and influence
both those working for us as well as those we are working for.
Impact and Influencing skills are essential in communicating our
messages and moving towards achieving our team’s, department’s
and ultimately our company’s goals. Mastering the art of
Impact and Influencing makes us better managers and ultimately
greater leaders.
Workshop Aim:
This one day course builds on the skills learned during the “Improving
Communication at Work” course.
